Mocks Socks are quite simply socks for MP3 player, mobile phone, camera, ipod or anything else you wander around with that has the tendancy to scratch or jump out of your hand and head for freedom. These specially designed socks come in 10 fabulous designs are all available at Prezzybox.

You can choose from Shaggy Sheep, Cherries, Skull, Afroman, Rainbow, Cowhide, Beachflower, Butterfly Kisses, Gelato and Thunderstruck! They cost £4.95 each.

Apparently they’re the next big thing, but Mocks Socks have been around a couple of years now. Shiny Shiny for example reported on them in 2007. However the 10 designs available to buy at Prezzybox are the latest and we have to say that the new Mocks Socks for Mobiles (as they seem to be aimed at) look a lot better than their earlier incarnations.

Of course with the credit crunch £4.95 for a sock for your favourite gadget may seem a little expensive. So whilst you’re saving the pennies together to get the fabulous funky Afroman Mocks Sock or the storming Shaggy Sheep, go and borrow one from the nearest sock draw - it won’t look half as good, but you can say you’re fashionable!
